Justin Whelan B.A LL.B
Justin Whelan works in the Civil Litigation Department of our Wrexham office where he specialises in civil and commercial disputes and personal injury.
Originally from Liverpool, Justin graduated from University of Wales, Lampeter with a BA Hons in History and went on to do a Postgraduate Diploma in European Studies at the University of Lancaster. Before retraining in law at Chester College of Law, where he graduated with a distinction in the Legal Practice Certificate, he taught English as a second language in Greece, Denmark and Japan and worked as a teaching recruitment consultant in London and a property developer in France. Justin joined GHP Legal as a trainee solicitor in 2008.
Justin now lives in Chester with his wife and two children. Outside work his interests include reading history, walking and playing football. He is a keen member of the firm's 5-aside team.
