Justine McVitie LL.B
Justine McVitie joined our Crime team in 2008 after spending six years with Liverpool Public Defender Service, first as an accredited Representative and later, on completion of her Pupilage at Chavasse Court Chambers in Liverpool in 2004, as an Employed Barrister.
Justine has considerable experience in Crime and has worked for numerous criminal law firms including R M Broudie & Co of Liverpool. Born in Liverpool, she graduated from Thames Valley University in 1992 with a degree in Law. She was called to the Bar in 1995 after completing further training at the Inns of Court School of Law in London and has been an accredited Lawyer since 1999.
A great animal lover Justine lives in Cheshire with her husband, two cats and a dog. When she is not working she enjoys kick boxing and Thai boxing, which she says is an excellent counterbalance for her other favourite past-time – eating out as often as possible.
