The GHP Legal Corporate & Commercial Department is Partner led and comprises a high calibre team of Solicitors, Solicitor–Advocates and other Lawyers with the experience, specialist expertise and acumen to deal with a wide range of business related matters.

The Department acts for not only corporate companies, including Groups of Companies, but also for unincorporated associations, partnerships, and sole proprietorships. Our objectives include providing clients with a high quality, seamless service.

Corporate work includes incorporations (with memoranda and articles of association, and shareholder agreements), acquisitions, mergers, de-mergers, sales, and corporate governance issues. In appropriate cases, Partners have accepted appointments as Directors and Company Secretaries.

Whatever the business entity, the Department deals with financing, finance agreements, employment matters (both non-contentious and contentious), intellectual property matters, joint ventures, terms and conditions of business, supply and purchase contracts, commercial property, and commercial litigation.
